Vacancy – Process Improvement Consultant

We are very excited to be growing our automation service offerings and as such are seeking to engage a competent Process Improvement Consultant. The role that we’re offering is flexible and would suit a return-to-work parent with consulting experience and a willingness to learn.

  • Project management


  • Consulting background (+ 2 years of experience)
  • Demonstrable experience in project, stakeholder and change management methodologies to successfully deliver sustainable improvement outcomes
  • Significant experience in process improvement. Ideally but not required knowledge in Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies
  • Experience in business development and sales will be advantageous
  • Some knowledge on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be an advantage although not necessary


  • Deliver consulting projects including implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and process optimisation
  • Support business development activities
  • Undertake analysis of data and processes and provide insights
  • Support internal administrative tasks and initiatives
